REFUND POLICY
We offer free returns within 30 days or purchase. Once the request for return is approve, we will provide you with a free UPS Prepaid label. You will print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
Because items are made to order, refunds are only given if the items you receive are damage or defective. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@tautrendytees.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items bought with a discount code and sale items are non-refundable.
Please note, if you received free shipping on your order and the return causes your order to fall below the qualifying amount for free shipping, the normal shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please make sure to ship with a carrier that provides tracking. We are not liable for return packages that are lost in transit. Your local Post Office should be able to provide this service for a nominal cost.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received a defective or damage item, we will be happy replace it. Defective items include: wrong design, misprinted shirt, ripped apparel, apparel damaged in transit, etc. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our sizing chart prior to ordering
